Description
Spearhead the development and execution of regulatory pathways for personal care products, ensuring readiness and compliance from concept through launch and post-market stages.
Oversee product compliance in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, navigating diverse regulatory environments to ensure all packaging, labelling, and formulations meet local requirements.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of registrations, notifications, and reports required for product access in Latin American countries.
Serve as the key contact for regulatory agencies, external partners, and industry groups, maintaining productive, transparent relationships that support business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical data and documentation, adapting information to align with the regulatory expectations of different global markets.
Ensure the organization stays aligned with evolving international regulations, internal standards, and global best practices through proactive monitoring and communication.
Contribute to internal knowledge by participating in training programs, professional development, and continuous learning to stay current on regulatory trends, therapeutic categories, and industry shifts.
Build an informed understanding of the competitive landscape and customer expectations to guide compliant, market-ready product strategies.
Maintain awareness of company policies, procedures, and strategic priorities to ensure actions are consistent with broader business goals.
Promote a culture of safety and compliance by following established health, safety, and well being protocols, and taking an active role in hazard awareness and incident reporting.
Respect workplace safety rules and procedures whether on company premises or visiting regional offices and customer locations, acting responsibly to protect self and others.

They bring a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks, particularly across North and Latin America, and are comfortable navigating complex requirements related to product registration, compliance, and labelling.
With a strategic mindset and hands-on experience, they are capable of guiding products through the full lifecycle - from development through to launch and post-market activities - while ensuring compliance at every stage. They excel in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations, and they are confident building and maintaining relationships with external regulators, partners, and industry bodies.
