Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Division Manager to lead and grow our civil construction operations in the Glassboro, NJ region. This is a high‑visibility, strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing project delivery, operational performance, business development, and team leadership across the division.

The ideal candidate brings deep civil construction experience-including site development, utilities, roadway, concrete, and infrastructure work-along with the ability to manage teams, scale operations, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage all operations within the Civil Construction Division, including project teams, field crews, and support staff.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, operational goals, and long‑term business objectives.
• Oversee division financials, including P&L performance, forecasting, and profitability targets.

• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
• Support project teams in planning, problem‑solving, and technical guidance for complex civil construction challenges.
• Approve major project decisions, change orders, subcontractor negotiations, and resource allocations.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, general contractors, suppliers, and municipal agencies.
• Support business development efforts, participate in bid reviews, and help secure new work.
• Represent the division in senior‑level meetings and with external stakeholders.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers, superintendents, and field leaders.
• Establish performance standards, training programs, and long‑term career pathways.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
