HVAC Project Manager - Boston, MA - up to $150k - Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HVAC-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise all phases of HVAC installations, from initial design to post-installation maintenance.
• Lead a team of professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and a smooth project flow.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively using Procore.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Profile

HVAC Project Manager - Boston, MA - up to $150k - Will have

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Sheet Metal Duct Work for a mechanical contractor or GC.
• Technical Background: Strong knowledge in Commercial HVAC Installation & Repair, HVAC Maintenance, Indoor Air Quality, Plumbing Installation & Repair, Medical Gas, and Design-Build Services.
• Software: Proficiency in Procore is required.
• Location: Must be comfortable working in the Massachusetts area, including Boston and surrounding areas.
