Key Responsibilities of a Senior Superintendent | Assisted Living - San Jose

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations across all phases of construction.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to plans and specs.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Track critical path items and proactively address potential delays.
• Enforce company and project-specific quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design and code requirements.
• Uphold OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and safety meetings, and ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for owners, architects, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports, updates, and field documentation.

Profile
