Estimator- Construction

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with the initial budget.
• Maintain and update cost databases and historical data for future reference.
• Provide input during project planning to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders as needed.
