Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will manage key financial accounting functions, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and project expense tracking. This role also requires close collaboration with internal Finance teams and investment bankers, as well as managing global communications and fee splits across Finance managers in different countries, all within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Description

• Staff accounting with a focus in revenue
• AP/AR functions, month end processing and close, GL entries
• Overseeing the portfolio of recoverable expenses
• Managing project master data in the general ledger and project systems
• Preparing detailed revenue support documentation for auditors
• Drafting real-time fee split notes for management review
• Settling advisory fees and expenses with affiliates
• Recording invoices and preparing aged receivables reconciliations
• Coordinating with bankers to track client payment status

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or something similar
• CPA license is a plus
• SAP experience required
• 2-6 years of relevant accounting experience
