Senior / Lead Superintendent - Traveling Superintendent
The Senior / Lead Superintendent - Traveling Superintendent will oversee and lead large-scale commercial construction projects from the ground up, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This Superintendent should have the experience and confidence to manage complex scopes and drive results across multiple job sites.

Description
What You'll Do as a Senior Superintendent:
- Serve as the lead superintendent on major commercial projects valued at $50M+
- Oversee all field operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
- Manage large scopes such as structural steel, interior finishes, etc
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and alignment
- Mentor and guide junior superintendents and field staff to foster a high-performing team
- Coordinate site logistics, including materials delivery and equipment management
- Conduct site inspections and ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets
Profile
A successful Senior / Lead Superintendent - Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Success managing large teams and complex scopes on ground-up projects
- Willingness to travel regionally or nationally for project assignments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to travel and adapt to various project locations.
- Experience in working on large-scale or complex construction projects
