Description
Superintendent - Life Sciences - Marlborough, MA - Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Coordinate and manage rigging operations, including lifting large, delicate, or high-tech equipment into small or restricted spaces.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.

Job Offer
Superintendent - Life Sciences - Marlborough, MA - Will receive
- Salary: $110K - $150K (flexible based on experience)
- Vehicle Allowance: $760/month
- Fuel Card: Provided for business-related travel
