Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with reviewing resumes, conducting initial applicant phone screenings, scheduling first-round interviews, and managing candidate communications.

Description
- Assist with reviewing resumes, conducting initial applicant phone screenings, scheduling first-round interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Post and update job listings on various online job boards.
- Manage the applicant tracking system by entering new job requisitions.
- Maintain the applicant database, investigate potential candidate matches, and generate monthly reports.
- Provide support for recruitment activities, including applicant screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
- Help coordinate and prepare for job fairs and other recruitment events.
Profile
- A genuine passion for talent acquisition.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for engaging candidates and building strong relationships.
- Solid research capabilities, including the ability to interpret market trends and analyze candidate data.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelors degree.
- 1-2 years of relative experience.
