Description

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure alignment with project schedules and plans.
• Oversee site safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Assist with managing materials, deliveries, and equipment logistics.
• Participate in site meetings and communicate updates to the project team.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout each phase of construction.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation and reporting.

Profile

The ideal Assistant Superintendent will have:

• 3+ years of field experience in the commercial construction space
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
