PEMB Superintendent

This role leads on‑site execution for major ground‑up construction within a large, active Miami development. You will take full ownership of field operations, working closely with ownership and senior leadership.

The client is a well‑capitalized general contractor with a long track record of delivering complex projects in major U.S. markets. Their Florida operation runs independently, with deep owner relationships and a strong pipeline of ground‑up and interior work.

Description

* Lead daily site operations on ground‑up construction projects

* Oversee sitework, underground utilities, and foundations

* Manage subcontractor sequencing and field coordination

* Coordinate inspections with local authorities

* Enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance

Profile

* 10+ years of construction experience

* Ground‑up project background in South Florida

* Strong knowledge of local subs and Miami codes

* Bilingual English/Spanish

* PEMB or concrete/steel experience preferred

Job Offer

Salary range: $140,000-$190,000 base

* Guaranteed 2‑week year‑end bonus

* Project‑based performance bonuses
