Senior Recruiter | Hybrid in NYC
We are looking for an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to join a professional services company and play a key role in attracting top talent to support the firm's growth. This is a permanent position based in New York, offering a robust benefits package.

Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.

Profile
A successful Senior Recruiter should have:
- Minimum of five (5) years full-cycle recruitment experience within the professional services industry (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
