Sr. Engineering Program Manager- Medical Device- Hudson, MA
The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for working cross functionally under the R&D team to manage projects, report and digest the product lines development to board members. The Senior Project Engineer will be a technical Program Manager managing a full life cycle.

The medical device organization is developing a groundbreaking product for the healthcare industry, which has been identified as the top investment sector in healthcare for 2025. Headquartered west of Boston, the company has expanded nationally through recent acquisitions and the success of its FDA-approved, market-leading product.
Description
The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for:
- Lead weekly project meetings to coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and oversee project plans from inception to market launch.
- Establish project goals, requirements, and key considerations with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor timelines for external partners handling development, testing, and manufacturing.
- Support regulatory submissions by working closely with Quality, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation throughout the product development cycle.
Profile
The successful Senior Project Engineer will have what follows:
- BS in Engineering discipline
- 5+ years in medical device space
- Experience in Critical Chain (Pro Chain)
- Ability to manage several ongoing projects
- Expereince working on Resaerch and Development teams
