Fintech Recruiter
The Fintech Recruiter will join us on a temp-to-perm basis to help manage our high-volume hiring pipeline across technology, sales, operations, and more. You'll step in immediately to lead recruiting efforts, working independently, interfacing with hiring managers, coordinating with agencies, and using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to directly source top-tier candidates.

Description
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions (Tech, Programming, Sales, Ops, Finance, Customer Service)
Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and candidate profiles
Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed), and internal referral networks
Partner with external recruiting agencies and oversee their workflow and performance
Schedule interviews, support candidate experience, and manage offer processes with light HR coordination
Maintain and track candidate data using ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Support employer branding and outreach efforts to attract high-caliber fintech talent
Work with a Recruitment Coordinator for scheduling and admin support
Profile
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; fintech, software, or payments industry experience required.
Strong understanding of the recruiter-manager-candidate dynamic; able to guide all parties through the hiring process effectively
Confident working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple open roles
Proactive sourcer and LinkedIn expert; you know how to find and engage passive candidates
Comfortable working independently, while also collaborating across teams
Prior experience using ADP WFN for recruiting is a plus
Available immediately or on short notice
