Assistant Project Manager - Hershey, PA
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Hershey, PA, to support project managers in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role will involve managing schedules, resources, subcontractors, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Description
Assist with the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Monitor project budgets and timelines to identify and resolve potential issues.
Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
Support project managers in ensuring safety protocols and quality control measures are followed.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are a must, along with proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of construction processes.
