Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, planning, and operational expenses for profitability.

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

• Develop and mentor teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflow and performance

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Proven success implementing Lean manufacturing and process improvement strategies.

• Strong communication and leadership skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

• Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.

• Ability to lead organizational change and foster an engaged, high-performing team.
