Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects in the New Haven area. This is a leadership role with full ownership from preconstruction through closeout on projects ranging from $5M-$40M.

Description
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of ground-up construction projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate and manage all subcontractor activities, contracts, and change orders
Drive project schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
Enforce site safety and quality standards in alignment with company policies and OSHA requirements
Prepare and lead OAC and internal progress meetings
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during early project phases
Mentor Assistant PMs and Field Staff to support team development
Profile
5+ years of PM experience managing ground-up commercial projects. Strong scheduling, budget management, and subcontractor coordination skills required.
5-10+ years of project management experience in ground-up commercial construction
Proven success managing complex builds from breaking ground to final inspection
Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, sitework, MEP coordination, and local building codes
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
A stable project history and ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
