PX Role - Multifamily Projects - Boston, MA - $250k
We're seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects across New England. This is a senior leadership role where you'll guide project teams through every phase, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Description
- Lead and manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Provide operational oversight on client relations, financials, risk mitigation, and technical issues
- Conduct monthly project reviews and ensure timely reporting and documentation
- Oversee staffing decisions, performance evaluations, and team development
- Attend owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks
- Drive process improvements and resolve complex project challenges
- Act as the primary decision-maker for project execution and delivery

Profile
A successful PX Role - Multifamily Projects should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of experience in ground-up construction, ideally multi-family, senior living, or hospitality
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
