Superintendent (Multifamily) - Los Angeles
Responsible for leading a multifamily project from ground up to completion, while also maintaining the responsibilities of those reporting to you.

Well-established organization with extensive experience within the multifamily construction space.
Description
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction project, managing the budget and schedule, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving issues on-site, and communicating project progress to stakeholders, all while maintaining quality standards and delivering the project on time and within budget.
Profile
Hardworking, detail orientated superintendent with experiencing managing multifamily projects from ground up to completion.
Job Offer
130k-160k base salary with bonus included, 401k, and benefits such as health, mental and dental.
