Business Development Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Rigid Packaging Sales and experience selling into industrial chemicals and home care markets. Product experience should include: aerosol cans, trigger sprayers and related metal/plastic packaging. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a hunting mentality, ready to drive business growth in our Industrial Chemical / Home Care division.

Description
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities in the chemicals and industrial markets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to foster business retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Leverage market trends and insights to influence sales strategies and tactics.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Effectively negotiate contracts to ensure profitable deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.

Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in Rigid Packaging Sales.
- Demonstrable track record of selling into chemicals and industrial markets.
- Distributor experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a hunting mentality.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary in the range of $90,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience.
