Administrative Business Partner
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and team events (e.g., room reservations, catering, A/V setup).
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting via Concur.
- Manage and prioritize senior team members' calendars, adapting to schedule changes.
- Assist with team projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Provide administrative support for the broader team as needed.

Description
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, automated expense systems, and online travel tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Independent work ethic with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude and passion for team building and culture.
