Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site for custom residential builds and renovations

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules and quality standards are met

• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and consultants

• Ensure the highest level of site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Profile

Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction

• Background with large-scale homes ($5M+ preferred)

• Experience with well-known luxury builders is strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel to project sites in the North Shore, Wellesley/Weston, and occasionally South Shore

Job Offer

Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Will receive

• Base salary up to $125,000, depending on experience
