Data Analytics, Power BI Specialist

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist with strong PowerBI expertise to partner with business teams in Charlotte, NC and translate their metrics into clear, actionable insights. This person will develop dashboards that meet current needs while also supporting the organization's long‑term analytical vision.

Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand metrics, uncover pain points, and translate reporting needs into clear insights and recommendations.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards-connecting to diverse data sources and applying strong data modeling to improve accuracy, visibility, and decision‑making.
• Own the end-to-end analytics workflow with minimal guidance, thinking beyond immediate requests to shape long‑term analytics solutions.
• Present findings and explain dashboards in a clear, accessible way that supports business understanding and action.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with a track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions.
• Advanced Power BI skills-including data modeling, DAX, and report development-with the ability to connect to new data sources and build dashboards on the spot.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of complex problems, apply strong analytical thinking, and translate intricate data into clear, actionable outputs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑facing skills, supported by a portfolio of prior Power BI work that showcases both technical capability and design quality.
