As the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead and coordinate operational resources to ensure employee safety, product quality, timely order delivery, and optimal productivity, all while driving efficiency and meeting company goals across multiple Value Streams.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and champion a safety culture, driving employee engagement to eliminate injuries.
- Ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met through efficient methods and appropriate staffing.
- Develop strategic action plans and metrics to improve quality, delivery, and service levels.
- Mentor and lead associates with a hands-on approach, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
- Integrate operational support groups for tactical and strategic planning aligned with company objectives.
- Apply formal problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Develop and optimize training, skill-building initiatives, schedules, and performance metrics for team members.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and resource gaps within the manufacturing process to optimize capacity.
- Set performance objectives for direct reports aligned with plant goals, emphasizing accountability and effectiveness.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical discipline.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Oracle (ERP), and SPC Programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Strategy Deployment and LEAN principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make timely decisions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and develop skill sets for manufacturing supervision and associates.
