The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within the healthcare sector. This role requires expertise in project management and a thorough understanding of OSHPD construction processes.

They're currently strengthening their healthcare division and have a robust pipeline of both affordable housing and medical facility projects throughout San Francisco and the East Bay.

At the moment, The company is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, or an established Project Manager with OSHPD / HCAI experience, to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career while working on meaningful, community-driven projects. The first assignment will be a ground-up affordable housing development in the Mission District, followed by other high-impact projects across the region.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Support field operations teams to maintain alignment between office and jobsite activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a polished and professional company representative.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, OSHPD/HCAI requirements, and project documentation procedures.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with healthcare/OSHPD construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, manage multiple stakeholders, and problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
• Polished, professional, and collaborative demeanor-comfortable being client-facing.
• Strong technical and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach to teamwork.
