Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors while managing schedules, materials, and resources.
- Foster strong relationships with Project Managers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track.
- Maintain daily project logs, oversee quality control, and implement safety protocols at all times.

- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale multi-family construction projects.
- A proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
