Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors while managing schedules, materials, and resources.
• Foster strong relationships with Project Managers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track.
• Maintain daily project logs, oversee quality control, and implement safety protocols at all times.
