Description

• Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews on civil construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce all safety standards, conduct site inspections, and lead safety meetings.
• Ensure work is performed per plans, specifications, and quality expectations.
• Communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager and leadership team.
• Assist with project planning, sequencing, and problem-solving on site.
• Maintain daily reports, track quantities, and support project documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and field personnel.
