Description

Reporting directly into the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger production workflows.
• Ensure compliance for electrical harness design and install with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Create wiring schematics using CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for electrical equipment and systems.
• Analyze and improve electrical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Document designs, modifications, and testing results to maintain accurate records.
• Provide technical guidance to Production, QA, and Customer Service Support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Profile

A successful Electrical Engineer should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with experience in an automotive environment.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience in wire harness design and development, systems integration, and system level diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
