Client Details

The company is a well-established, medium-sized organization in the General Contracting industry. They are known for their expertise in construction and their commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Will be expected to take the lead on a roughly $45M project.
  • Will be mentoring Project Engineers, APMs, and PMs.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring high standards of performance and delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all project participants to ensure satisfaction and success.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in construction management within the business services industry.
  • 8-12+ years of experience with a general contractor.
  • Strong tenure at previous employers.
  • Experience with projects over $25M in value.
  • Someone who can hit the ground running.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
