This APM - Residential - Projects up to $20M position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of construction processes and project management. About the client:

• Office located in Southborough, MA
• Projects located throughout Metrowest area, Southern MA, occasionally Boston
• Around 30 people in total on the team
• New Construction custom homes between $10M - $20M
• High profile, ornate custom homes in the local region

Description

• Assist in managing residential construction projects up to $20M from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to plans.
• Oversee on-site activities and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Support the project team in achieving quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in pre-construction planning and procurement processes.
