Description

• Lead Strategically: Develop and execute a multi-year strategy that supports growth, innovation, and long-term competitiveness.

Profile

A successful Senior Production Manager should have:

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-department oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred - equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Proven success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies with measurable impact.
• Strong history of building cohesive teams and developing leaders.
