We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Production Manager to lead with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and team development. Description
- Lead Strategically: Develop and execute a multi-year strategy that supports growth, innovation, and long-term competitiveness.

Profile
A successful Senior Production Manager should have:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-department oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred - equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies with measurable impact.
- Strong history of building cohesive teams and developing leaders.
- Experience in [specific operations, e.g., CNC machining, tooling, or precision manufacturing].
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.
