Description

The Principal Engineer will be responsible for the following items:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Develop and implement advanced engineering strategies.
• Liaise with other departments to align engineering solutions with business needs.
• Oversee the development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Profile

A successful Principal Engineer should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical abilities and a thorough understanding of the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming obstacles.

Job Offer
