Description
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain on track and within financial constraints.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all work complies with industry regulations.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively and transparently.
- Analyze and resolve potential risks or issues that may arise during construction phases.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones and deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their unique requirements.
