Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion.

• Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

• Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders.

• Managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates.

• Proactively identifying and resolving project challenges to keep work on track.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Approximately 10 years of combined industry experience.

• Experience overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects from start to completion, with project values ranging from $20M to $150M+.

• Any higher education or K-12 experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong tenure at current and previous employers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• This individual will be based out of the Staunton, VA office.
