The Project Manager role supports the end-to-end development and manufacturing of medical devices in a highly regulated environment.

Description
As a Project Manager, you will lead product development and manufacturing transfer projects, ensuring compliance standards. You'll work closely with design, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to bring new products to market and improve existing processes.
- Own NPD and manufacturing transfer projects from concept to production.
- Develop tooling, fixtures, and prototype components using SolidWorks and shop equipment.
- Coordinate validation activities, training, and process documentation.
Profile
The Project Manager has 7+ years of experience in medical device product development or manufacturing and is comfortable navigating regulatory environments. They are a proactive, hands-on engineer who can balance technical execution with cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
- B.S. in Mechanical, Biomedical, or related engineering field.
- Deep understanding of compliance standards and validation practices.
- Strong CAD and prototyping skills, with familiarity in machining, sealing, and packaging.
