Senior Project Manager - Healthcare/Higher-ed
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives. You'll lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships and driving efficient project workflows from start to finish.

Description
Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
Oversee procurement processes, including material selection and subcontractor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure safety standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Profile
Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, clients, and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in construction management software and tools, including project scheduling and cost control systems.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards, ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements.
