We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for our client's commercial department, based in Nashville. The ideal candidate will excel at overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any project-related issues or delays.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments as necessary.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project planning and proposal stages.
Profile
- Proven experience managing construction projects.
