• Develop and deploy generative AI models to enhance business service solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and implement solutions.
• Research and stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Profile

• Proven ability to build and ship machine learning models to production, with 3 or more years of hands-on project work.
• Deep experience fine‑tuning large language models using methods like LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, or RLHF.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills, plus practical use of Hugging Face tools such as Transformers, Accelerate, and PEFT.
• Experience running distributed training with frameworks like FSDP, DeepSpeed, or Megatron‑LM.
• Familiarity with orchestration and MLOps tools (LangGraph, Prefect, Ray) and deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with bonus experience in RAG systems, AI agents, or generative model evaluation.
