Travelling Superintendent

Our client, a well-respected general contractor headquartered in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to join their growing team. Description
- Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to closeout.
 - Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution.
 - Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
 - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
 - Travel regularly to project sites, primarily within Tennessee and surrounding states.
 
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (retail, office, healthcare, etc.).
 - Strong leadership and organizational skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple moving parts and adapt to changing site conditions.
 - Willingness to travel extensively.
 - OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
