Description

• Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to project sites, primarily within Tennessee and surrounding states.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (retail, office, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
