Project Manager - Drywall Subcontractor- Richmond, VA
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of a state-of-the-art data center campus. Description
- Serve as the on-site lead for a major data center project in Clarksville, VA.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors and clients, fostering positive working relationships.
- Oversee safety, compliance, and project documentation.
- Support and mentor assistant project managers and site staff.
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager; open to Assistant Project Managers ready for promotion.
- Experience with drywall, framing, or Division 9 trades preferred; GC or subcontractor backgrounds considered.
- Familiarity with data center construction is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- On-site management experience, with the ability to oversee complex projects.
