Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Washington DC
A well-established General Contractor in the DC/NoVA/Maryland area is seeking experienced Lead Superintendents, offering roles on both standalone and team-led commercial or multifamily new construction projects. Candidates must have 10-20 years of experience, have led at least two full projects, and be willing to commute across the region; compensation includes a $140K-$150K salary, annual bonus, and a monthly fuel card.

Description
- Manage daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and resolve issues
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance
- Lead project planning, execution, and closeout activities
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison for project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, schedules, and progress reports
- Mentor assistant superintendents and junior field staff as needed
- Adapt to changing project locations across the region

Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily new construction
- Proven leadership on at least two completed ground-up projects as the true lead
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the DC/NoVA/Maryland area
