Description

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Profile

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of financial analytics experience
• Construction industry experience a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of Excel and BI tools
