Description
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet established objectives.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - CMR should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management tools.
