Operations Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate with a keen interest in the Financial Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional operational support within the Client Advisory, Operations, and Investor Relations groups.
Client Details
SEC registered investment advisor focused on building multi-asset investment portfolios for clientele
Description
- Support client onboarding and counterparty applications
- Validate client documentation
- Collection of KYC/AML documentation
- Prepare investment subscription documents
- Liaise with outside parties including fund administrators
- Proactively contribute to improvements in control and operational efficiencies

Profile
A successful Operations Associate should have:
- A strong academic background in a related field.
- Financial Services internship experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A keen interest in the financial services industry.
