Over the past 40 years, they have made a name for themselves in the New England region and are trusted by some of the biggest names in Boston. They place a huge emphasis on quality, while also providing solutions that will allow their clients to meet their schedule and budget requirements. They have an extensive training & development program that allows their employees to thrive both professionally and personally. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, they are entering a period of growth and looking to grow their Project Management department by bringing on an experienced PM. This role is an integral part of their business and will help them continue their success in year-over-year growth.

Description

The Masonry PM will be responsible for:

• Reporting directly to the Senior Project Managers and CEO
• Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
• Generating RFI's, Submittals, Change orders and schedules for all on site activity
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
• Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

Profile

The Masonry PM must have:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in masonry, waterproofing, General Contracting, or a comparable trade.
• An experienced PM that can jump in and do the job right away
• Ground-up experience in one of their disciplines

Job Offer

The Masonry PM will receive:

• A base salary up to $140K depending on experience
• 401k + 5% match
• 2+ weeks PTO
