Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up
The Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up will lead commercial ground-up building and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are consistently met. In this role, you'll oversee internal teams and external partners, drive cost control and risk management, and deliver projects seamlessly across all phases.

Description
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up include:
- Lead commercial ground-up building and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
- Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver seamless project execution.
- Manage cost control, forecasting, and risk management throughout all phases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive project documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up candidate has:
- Proven experience managing commercial ground-up building and construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Solid financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
