Project Manager - Commercial Renovation Construction
Leading commercial renovation construction firm is looking to add a project manager due to an extremely strong project pipeline. This firm is a fully integrated designer and constructor of tenant improvement projects across the Southeast Wisconsin market.

Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of interior commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope and design intent
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance, including scope, timelines, and quality
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, delays, or cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
- Maintain accurate project docum
Profile
- 2+ years of lead project management experience in the commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors
- Experience or familiarity with estimating
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and build client relationships
- Self-perform experience is preferred but by no means necessary
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary of $100K-$120K dependent on qualifications
- 3-4 weeks PTO (negotiable) + federal holidays
