Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of interior commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope and design intent
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance, including scope, timelines, and quality
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, delays, or cost overruns
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
• Maintain accurate project docum

Profile

• 2+ years of lead project management experience in the commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors
• Experience or familiarity with estimating
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster and build client relationships
• Self-perform experience is preferred but by no means necessary
