My client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team near Loves Park, IL. The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on the development and optimization of heavy machinery manufacturing processes and optimizing production lines to meet the highest of standards.

They are a large, multi-national organization, known for their commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of heavy machinery manufacturing.
Description
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing processes
- Collaborating with design engineering and production teams to refine product designs
- Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety and reliability
- Conducting process analysis to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards in all manufacturing processes
- Providing technical support to the manufacturing team as needed
- Supervising the implementation of new production processes and technologies
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
